No. All memorial packages can be purchased as a one-off installation. The Seasonal Care Package is an optional annual service that includes three seasonal flower changes throughout the year.

The Seasonal Care Package includes three visits per year, with flowers refreshed and replanted to reflect the Spring, Summer and Winter seasons. A photograph is provided after each seasonal change.

Yes. A photograph will be provided following the initial installation and after each seasonal flower change. This allows you to see that your loved one's memorial is being cared for, even if you are unable to visit in person.

Yes. Many of our customers live abroad and use our service to ensure their loved one's grave remains beautifully maintained throughout the year.

To help us locate the grave, we will require the cemetery name and any relevant plot, section or location details. We may contact you if additional information is needed.

We carefully select seasonal flowers based on availability, weather conditions and suitability. If you have specific requests, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate them.
