How Our Service Works

EverBloom provides professionally arranged memorial planters and seasonal floral displays, delivered directly to cemeteries and installed with care and respect.

Unlike traditional online flower deliveries, our service includes the placement and presentation of memorial displays at your loved one's resting place.

Areas We Cover

We currently provide memorial planting and maintenance services throughout Carlow and surrounding areas.

If you are unsure whether we cover a particular cemetery, please contact us before placing your order.

Ordering Information

When placing your order, please provide:

  • Cemetery name

  • Grave location or plot details

  • Name of the deceased (where applicable)

  • Any additional information that may help us locate the grave

If we require further information, a member of our team will contact you directly.

Delivery & Installation Times

Installation times may vary depending on seasonal demand, weather conditions and cemetery access.

We will contact you if there are any delays affecting your requested installation date.

Seasonal Care Packages

Customers who purchase a Seasonal Care Package receive three scheduled visits per year, including:

  • Spring planting

  • Summer planting

  • Winter planting

Each seasonal visit includes the removal of old plants, installation of new seasonal displays and a photograph confirming completion.

Photo Updates

For added peace of mind, photographs are provided:

  • After initial installation

  • Following each seasonal flower change

  • After any agreed maintenance services

This service is particularly valuable for families living abroad or unable to visit regularly.

Special Dates & Occasions

We understand that certain dates hold special significance.

Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate requests for installations around:

  • Anniversaries

  • Birthdays

  • Christmas

  • Mother's Day

  • Father's Day

  • Other important family occasions

Grave Maintenance Services

Additional services may be available, including:

  • Grave tidying

  • Weed removal

  • Headstone cleaning

  • Power washing

  • General maintenance
